An orange flint scraper (measuring 39mm long by 25mm wide) was found on 3rd January 1996 during fieldwalking by Mr Bill Howard on a W-facing slope in arable ground. It is retained by the finder at Old Schoolhouse, Kirkton of Bourtie.
