This is a courtyard farmstead that includes a sheep-handling and dipping area and a frame for a threshing machine. It was mostly roofless when visited.

This site comprises of an L-shaped range of domestic buildings with adjoining outbuildings, of traditional construction, set around an enclosed yard area. Some internal timbers and wall plaster survive, but the flagstone roofs are now in a very poor condition. The buildings are now used for casual storage.
