NH 36227 20497 (centred on) A walkover survey and watching brief were undertaken, September 2015 – November 2016, during work associated with the construction of a wind farm. The farmstead of Coille Levishie (NH31NE 6) was demarcated where construction activities were liable to

encroach on the site.

Note

A farmstead comprising two unroofed buildings and a ring dyke are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet liii). Approximately 200m to the SW is an enclosure and approximately 200m to the SE is a length of wall. The farmstead comprising three unroofed buildings, the ring dyke, the enclosure and the wall are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1970).
