Kilmallie House, Thomas Telford, c.1820 Tucked behind the Corpach Hotel (an old staging post on the Road to the Isles, enlarged to its present size in 1901), this was the canal superintendent's house. Originally two dwellings with unusual internal plan, their entrances in the outer bays have been obscured; original box beds survive in attic rooms. Former stable range to rear attached by later, lower wing.
