Lighthouse, D. & T. Stevenson, 1860 A wall-encircled group presiding over the treacherous Corran Narrows, comprising: a stumpy tower with lattice-glazed domed light; a double-gabled block of brick-built keeper's cottages with dogleg forestair indicating horizontal rather than vertical division; and, terminating the group at one end of the wall, a lighthouse store, its unpainted crowstepped brickwork an unusual sight in these parts.
