29 September 1944. The escort group 17 reported a wreck at 57 54 12N, 002 13 42W

19 October 1944. Escort group 17 reported a non sub contact 57 54 12N, 002 13 54W. This posion estaimated to be accurate to within 1828 metres between 3 March 1945 and 1 April 1945.

14 Noveber 1986. A wreck was located at 57 54 27N, 002 14 52W. The least depth was 83 metres. It stand 3 metres high.

Report by HMS BULLDOG September 1986.

16 January 1987. The wreck was examined on the 29 September 1986 at 57 54 27N, 002 14 52W using trisponder. The decca co-ordinates are (n scot) red d 20.27, green c 38.03, purple d 61.14. The least echosounder depth was 83 in a general depth of 86 metres. There was a scour pit to the depth of 87 metres. The side scan sonar indicated a height of 3 metres and a length of about 50 metres (164 feet). The vesel is lying wiht its keel on an orientation of 160/340 degrees.
