3 March 1945. Two positions are reported - 57 34 24N, 001 33 48w and 57 34 00N, 001 34 00W. Report by Commander in Chief, Rosyth.
3 Octonber 1983. The site was located on 26 August 1982 at 57 34 34N, 001 33 36W, using side scan sonar. The length is 70 metres (229 feet), and the wreck's height above seabed is 10 metres.
