A non sub contact, probably a wreck was found at 56 02 00n, 002 12 00w. Source; Rosyth wreck list 3 March -1 April 1945.

13 May 1960. The position given is 56 01.7N, 002 12.0W.

24 Mat 1977. The wreck, known locally as CAPTAINS is reported at decca (chain 3) green d39.25, purple 1b63.0.

Source: Dunbar Coastguard 5 May 1977). It is presumably the same wreck as the above.
