Long rectangular random rubble built former tannery with later alterations. North West elevation with depressed arch entrance now blocked up, three pairs of windows at upper levels, some with louvers, 2 smaller windows at ground floor level. Single storey section to South West with doorway. North East gable with large slapping, single attic window with louvers. Slated roof with rooflights.

Appears on the 1822 John Wood map of Crieff notated as Tannery. The 1st edition (six inch series) OS map of 1863 shows a much extended (to the West) tannery site. Early OS maps suggest the building once had external stair access to the upper floor to the NE gable.
