An archaeological assessment was carried out on behalf of Historic Scotland (HRCC) when human remains were discovered during landscaping works within the rear garden at 12 Grove Street, Edinburgh. An archaeological assessment of the bone deposition site revealed only two possible pits within the section profiles.
