The farmsteading, comprises one roofed building which was the 18th century laird's house, two small unroofed buildings annotated 'Ruin' and one enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Fife and Kinross 1855, sheet 26). One unroofed building and two roofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1987).
