AS IT MARKED THE SITE FOR THE LOCAL MARKET.

BY THE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY, A FAIR,

THE FEILL EITEACHAN

WAS REGULARLY HELD DURING NOVEMBER

IN THE PARISH OF KINCARDINE,

FOR THE SALE OF CATTLE AND FARM PRODUCE.

THIS PLAQUE IS PRESENTED IN MEMORY OF

WILLIE COOPER FOR YEARS A DEVOTED COUNCILLOR

AND MUCH LOVED ELDER OF

THE PARISH OF KINCARDINE. OCT. 1971
