Former mill building to Bonthrone Distillery, founded in 1829 and once extending along the length of Burnside. The building rises to 3 storeys with roof ventilators. Much of the building appears to have been constructed from whinstone. A re-used marriage lintol and plaque are incorporated into the NE gable.
