Three storey corner block former commercial bank. In the Italian renaissance style by architect David Rhind with completion between1856-8. An extension was added later. Closed as a bank in the 1990s and ground floor converted to a restaurant (Pierre Victoire). Some renovation and repair work undertaken in 2000.

Depicted as roofed on the 1st Edition of the OS 25-inch map (Perthshire, 1860), and annotated as 'bank', the 2nd Edition shows the extension.
