The bomb store is situated at the eastern extremity of the airfield, within a dispersal area. Two buildings, one within earth banks, the other with a zig-zag blast wall are extant with two additional dispersal bays with earth blast banks in front.

The area is visible on vertical air photographs (106G/Scot/UK 42, 4212-4213, flown 4 May 1946), which show the area fully extant. Vertical photogrpahs taken in 1988 (All Scotland Survey [Jasair], 24 88 053-054, flown 11 June 1988), show the two buildings and part of the zig-zag blast wall and the two dispersal bays with earth banks.

The site was not visited in March 2004.
