Waterloo Bridge [NAT]

OS 1:2500 map, 1973.

(Location cited as NT 518 733). Waterloo Bridge, built 1817. A graceful single segmental arch, with dressed-stone arch ring and coursed-rubble spandrels and wing walls.

This bridge carries the southward continuation of Poldrate (apparently here forming the B6369 public road) across the River Tyne to the S of Haddington (NT57SW 65).
