A mid-19th century four-storeyed warehouse with attic and basement built from ashlar sandstone. Roughly rectangular in plan, it is eight bays long, three bays to W being separated from the four remaining bays on the E side by a central hoist bay with a segmental arch and pediment at top floor level. At the time of visit in 2001, the building was disused and all windows had been blocked with courses of concrete blocks. There were also proposals to demolish the building.
