The Ben Lawers Visitor Centre, built in 1970, was designed by the Scottish architectural practise Moira & Moira. The building was operated by the National Trust for Scotland until it closed in 2009. RCAHMS Threatened Building Survey visited in March 2010, at which point the stripping out of the building was underway and demolition was planned to be complete by the end of the year. (IA April 2010, Architect data from DSA).
