Kennet House is depicted on the OS 2nd Edition map (Clackmannanshire, sheet CXL, 1900). It was demolished in March 1967.

William Burn, architect (1789-1870) is expected to arrive with his plan of the cellar alteration. The writer considers it to be a great trouble moving the stair during the operation.
