Situated at the NW corner of Causewayside and Grange Road. Cost: #6,761. Slated tower reminiscent of a French chateau. Interior has an oval arrangement of pews resembling old Royal High School hall.

Now desacrilised. Has been used as antique furniture showroom, dance studio, and lighting retail outlet.
