This is a large, three-storey, irregular in plan, bonded warehouse. It possibly dates from the late 19th century and was associated with the neighbouring distillery (demolished prior to survey). It is dominated by the two red-sandstone rubble-built gabled bays overlooking the Burnside (on its SE side).
