Regality Club, 1912 Article on David Dale's House - with photographs and etchings.

Architect: not known but designed of all houses controlled by Legal Disposition of land (David Dale's copy survives), from builder of street Archibald Paterson, Merchant in Glasgow. Dale streched these conditions to their limits for his house

In the same article Alexander Paterson attributes street with no evidence to Robert Adam but stylistically this is not possible. ALex. Paterson was architect to the eye hospital but I cannot find his plans of the house among the Watson. Salmond; Gray papers in Glasgow.

Part photocopy of this article with illustrations in possession of NMRS.

After demolition A.N.Paterson took an urn home to Longcroft, Helensburgh, from David Dale's House.

Plans- NMRS - Photo lithograph of drawings by E. Douglas Smith, 1908. Elevations, plans and cross section.

NMRS - Measured drawings (full survey) T. M. Gray Architectural Student.
