An Caolas Barrach (Sound of Barra) [name centred NF 75 09].

This 'boat wreck' measures about 60 ft (18.3m) by 10ft (3m) and the 'sternpost' stands 7ft (2.1m) above the sand. It is intermittently visible in the intertidal zone.

A144 A plank fragment and a brick were recovered from an unknown vessel found in an intertidal context on the Isle of Fuday, near Barra, Western Isles.
