This bridge, c.500m W of Falkirk High station,carries a track over the Union Canal (built 1818-22, designer Hugh Baird). See Hutton for early 1900s photographs. A description of a typical bridge is given on NS97NW 61.02, q.v.)

This bridge is the most photographed on the canal. Formerly boats were available for hire at this point.

This bridge is also known as Walker's Bridge and is the last on the canal.

This bridge carries a minor road or track over the canal on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Stirlingshire 1864, sheet xxx) and on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Stirlingshire 1899, sheet xxx NE). On the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map and on the OS Basic Scale digital map (2000) the bridge is carrying a track.
