Friarton Hill, which incorporates Toft Law, is a craggy mass of igneous rock on the S side of Perth. The present roadstone quarry (NO12SW 301.01)is centred on the N flank of the hill, but there is evidence for earlier activity on the S and E flanks (NO12SW 301.02 and NO12SW 301.03 respectively).

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), 11 December 1996.
