A turf-banked sheepfold approximately 12m in diameter.

Visited by OS 3 May 1979.

On level ground near the E end of a spur between two steep-sided valleys, the one to the N, that of the Kell Burn, the other that of a small stream, is a turf stell. Diameter 10.5m within a turf bank 1.5m broad and generally 0.2-0.3m high. On the outer side of the bank is a 'halo' about 2.5m broad and 0.1-0.2m deep. There is no entrance.

To the W of the stell are two possible trackways, one about 26m from the centre of the stell, the other about 35m distant. Both, about 2.5-3.5m wide, hollow-way like, up to 0.4m deep, run N-S across the spur. Both fade at the top of the slope down to the valley on the S side and on the N side they seem to merge before fading in the heathery slope of the Kell Burn valley side.

Across a spur to the SE, is a similar trackway but there is no evidence of either trackway continuing northwards.
