(NT 0022 7698) Houses 18-20 Strawberry Bank, called "Teind Barn" in 1856, stand on the site of the old teind barn, said to have been erected by the Carmelite friars whose house stood nearby. The cottages are of 18th century date, but a stone unscribed 1584 HD is inset in the W end wall.

Numbers 18-20 Strawberry Bank were demolished about 1970. The date stone is now lying in the garden of Number 17 Strawberry Bank.
