Magdalene Cross, where the town fairs were anciently held, stood halfway between (St Magdalene's) Hospital and the East Port. No trace of it now remains, the distillery occupying its site.

The (supposed) site of this cross is now occupied by St Magdalene Distillery (NT07NW 95). Centred with 100m at NT 0079 7707. No further information.
