NS 852 811. In 1967 a badly damaged Roman altar, 2'3" by 10" (max), was found in a field dyke at Bogton Farm. Only two lines of inscription are legible: PRO.SE.ET.SUIS, V.S.LL.M. The altar is in Falkirk Museum (see NS88SE 23 - Camelon Forts - for possible original provenance).
