A bronze socketed spearhead (Coles' type b), found near the Dean Water (name: NO 3747), formerly in the collection of a Mr Bell of Dungannon, is now in Royal Museum of Scotland (RMS DG 23).

(Socketed spearhead of Gerloff's class II - Arreton type). Spearhead with solid kite-shaped blade. Keeled midrib, flanked by hollows, inside which are faint grooves bordered by pointille ornament.
