NO 2185 3895 A copper alloy seal matrix of possible 13th century date was found by use of a metal detector in February 1994. The inscription on the circular face reads (in Lombardic capitals): *SWILLAMI DE F[ilii?] GLAY. It measures 17mm (diameter), 23mm (height). It was allocated, via Treasure Trove, to Perth Museum & Art Gallery. Accession No: 1995.317.
