NLO: Kyle Rhea [name centred NG 795 225]

Loch Alsh [name centred NG 80 25]

Skye [name centred NG 45 35].

Possibly on map sheet NG71NE, or NG82SW.

Lochalsh, 18th July. 'The BROMLEY, Lees, from Liverpool to Macduff, is on shore in the Sound of Kylerea [Kyle Rhea], and full of water.'

Source: The Marine List, LL, No. 7916, London, Monday July 22 1839.

NMRS, MS/829/71 (no. 7476).

The location assigned to this record is essentially tentative.

The loss of this vessel is not cited by I G Whittaker (1998), presumably suggesting her successful recovery.

Information from RCAHMS (RJCM), 7 September 2005.
