Achnacon (The field of the dogs): a rude little burying ground seldom visited.

Ach nan Con, a disused graveyard, average 40.0m E-W by 37.0m N-S, enclosed by a stone wall with full-grown trees along the inner side of it. There are several grave slabs and headstones lying about in disorder, also some unusually water-worn stones, no doubt used for marking interments.
