(Location cited as NJ 182 388). Blacksboat Station, opened in 1863 by the Strathspey Rly [later incorporated into the Great North of Scotland Rly]. A typical Strathspey 2-platform through station, with a rectangular coursed-rubble platform building. There is a wooden goods shed.

This intermediate station was opened on 1 July 1863 (by the Strathspey Rly) and closed to regular passenger traffic on 18 October 1965.
