There was a dovecot in the corner of a piece of ground called the 'Dove-cot Park'. The cot was large, octagonal, stone built of two floors each having stone arched-entrances all around and each entrance having its own flat stone landing platform. The roof was pointed, circular and heather-thatched.

No further information was found during field investigation. Enquiries at the Estate Office, Clashmore, were negative.
