There are two grass-grown boat nausts above the E landing place on Berneray. They have both been dug into rising ground at their SW ends and are open at to the NE. The larger naust, at NL 56601 80359, measures 6.2m by 3m within stony banks standing 0.5m high. The smaller naust, 2m to the SE, measures 4m by 1.8m within banks again standing up to 0.5m high.
