Nos 10-16 (former Hanover Terrace North), 1888 and Nos 22-36 (former Hanover Terrace), 1882, William Robertson, builder. White sandstone French urban palace. The Edinburgh builder's first Glasgow terraces. At No 34, fragments of Charles Rennie Mackintosh interiors. 38 Kingsborough Gardens, 1900, D W Sturrock. Closing Robertson's earlier incomplete white stone terrace, although in Glasgow style, rather than repeating Robertson's French details, for William Benzie. Nos 40-46, 1902, George S Kenneth. Two 12- and two 10-apartment red sandstone houses, following the style used in Kenneth's previous partnership with John Lindsay. Nos 48-54, 1903, D W Sturrock. Another four similar nine-apartment red sandstone houses. Opposite, Nos 1-41, 1899 to 1902, D W Sturrock for William Benzie. Large red sandstone houses, similar to Lindsay & Benzie's Princes Gardens
