Corpach Locks, 1804-6 The final locks on the canal, 60 miles from its start at Inverness, provide access to Loch Linnhe. The quay is no longer busy, the dominating bulk of the engine house was demolished in 1968, but a number of associated buildings still stand out against the formidable backdrop of Ben Nevis.
