A hut-circle is situated on a terrace above the N bank of the Garchel Burn, and a building and two huts are disposed across the hillside to the S. The interior of the hut-circle (GDEV98 99) is levelled into the gently-sloping surface of the terrace and measures about 10m in diameter within a boulder-faced bank 1.5m in thickness and up to 0.5m in height. An irregular gap on the ESE may be the entrance.

The building (GDEV98 98, NN 9698 0176) measures 6.7m from NNW to SSE by 3.7m transversely within a stony bank spread to 1.8m in thickness and 0.2m in height. An irregular platform, possibly an outshot, extends 7.7m to the NNW. Both huts have been reduced to little more than scatters of stone, one hut lying on a terrace to the SW of the building (NN 9696 0176), and the other between the building and the hut-circle (NN 9697 0179).
