The Bon-Accord Hotel on the north side of the Market Square figure 23.c was originally two properties, the west part being of the early nineteenth century and the east part later. The west section is two storeyed and two bayed, rendered and lined as ashlar. With a pilastered doorcase, it has a segmental bowed projection with a tripartite window on each floor. The east side has been more radically altered, with a modern shop front inserted.
