Atlantic Mills, 26 Walkinshaw Street, built from 1864 for D and J Anderson, shirting manufacturers. A large complex consisting of 15 bays of single stirey weaving sheds, a four storey and attic, 13 bay main block, a two storey and attic, 3 by 17 bay building, and several two storey blocks, all red and white brick, with a circular section chimney. Demolished 1967-9.
