This is a sub-circular feature 5.5m in diameter with banks including boulders, up to 1.0m high, on the exterior face. The bank is between 1.5m and 1.0m in width with an opening to the south-east. Interpreted as the remains of a kerb cairn.

A sub rectangular platform, 6.5m by 4.0m, aligned east to west with some banking around the western end which measures 0.2m high and 0.75m broad, lies 9.0m to the north of the putative burial cairn.

The site was surveyed at 1:50 by AOC (Scotland) Ltd see Rees 1996 for plan, when it was interpreted as a kiln.
