Scope and Content Montgomeryfield Brickworks, Dreghorn, Ayrshire This works was established by a local firm of coal-owners, A. This is a general view of the works from the north west, showing all four kilns and all three chimneys. The works had been closed by the time this photograph was taken, and was demolished soon after.
