Scope and Content Broadford Works, Maberly Street, Aberdeen This is a large complex of linen mills and associated buildings. The most unusual building on the site was a very large four storey, four by 15-bay red brick flax store, with baronial details. This view shows the front of the building, with the iron galleries that gave access to the individual compartments into which the building was divided. This building was converted into housing in the early 1990s. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
