Scope and Content Ettrick Mill, Station Road, Selkirk, Selkirkshire This was built as a spinning mill, but later developed into an integrated tweed mill. This view shows the street side of the mill, The gable ends of the main U-plan range can be seen on the right. This mill was built before the railway reached Selkirk It was the largest and one of the finest of the Borders textile mills. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
