Scope and Content Detail of frieze, dining room, Tarbat House, near Milton of Kildary, Highland Tarbat House was built in 1787 to plans drawn up by James McLeran and incorporated masonry from an earlier house on the site. Much of the interior has now been lost. This is a detail of the plaster frieze decorating the dining room wall. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
