Scope and Content East end of Pittenweem Parish Church, High Street, Pittenweem, Fife Pittenweem Parish Church existed by the 13th century when it passed to the new Augustinian priory. The tower, built in 1588, was originally the burgh tolbooth. A north block was added in 1882. A rose window lights the east end of the church. A blocked square window is visible to the right. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
