Scope and Content Grain-dryer, Over Rankeilour Steading, Fife Over Rankeilour Steading was established by the early 19th century. It was converted to serve as the Scottish Deer Centre in the mid 1980s. This grain-dryer was built in the 1970s. The east half (right) contains a below-ground-level hopper, a bucket-elevator, a fan-assisted oil-heated drying cupboard and a grain-cleaner. The west half (left) contains bins for storing the grain.
