Scope and Content Antonine Wall and enclosure at Buchley, East Dunbartonshire This section of the Antonine Wall and an enclosure are at Buchley. The enclosure is one of three known in the area, the purpose of which are unknown. They are now under arable land. This is an aerial view of the site. The Wall itself and the enclosure can be seen as cropmarks. The sub-rectangular enclosure abuts the S side of the Wall, and was formed by a single ditch. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
