Scope and Content Detail of plinth inside milk-room of Guisachan, Tomich, Highland The ornamental dairy at Guisachan in Tomich was probably built around 1870 during the time the Guisachan estate belonged to Dudley Marjoribanks, afterwards Baron Tweedmouth of Edington. This coloured tile 'plinth' runs around the base of the wall in the same way that a wooden skirting-board would. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
